With over 18 years of industry experience, including more than a decade at Business Environments, Coleby has developed an extensive background in managing local, regional, and national projects. Her career has been marked by a strong focus on building relationships, an in-depth knowledge of products, and a strategic understanding of how to leverage this expertise to benefit clients across diverse sectors.

In November 2022, Coleby took on the role of Chief Executive Officer at Business Environments, where she has spearheaded the company’s growth and inclusivity initiatives. Under her leadership, Business Environments achieved certification by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), a milestone that reflects her commitment to diversity and excellence. Additionally, the company has solidified its position as one of Atlanta's top ten office furniture dealerships.

Industry Involvement
As a leader in the office furniture and design industry, Coleby has cultivated strong relationships within several prestigious organizations. Business Environments is an active member of the International Interior Design Association Georgia (IIDA), the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors (ACBR), the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP), Crew Atlanta, and The Women's Collective.
